SAY IT AIN'T SO - CHRIS OSGOOD ANNOUNCED RETIREMENT
My all time favorite Red Wings goalie Chris Osgood announced his retirement after playing 17 seasons. I got to see Osgood "up close and personal" when he was with the St. Louis Blues for a brief 2 years.Osgood won three Stanley Cups, 1997 and as starter in 1998 and 2008. Osgood was one of the 10th winningest goalie in the league.
Best wishes, Ozzie. Come out on the ice occassionally so we don't miss you too much :)
